Please

give my regards to the Buttar's family. Something like this brings life into perspective and I'm very grateful for everything I have and for the truth in the gospel. There is a scripture (somewhere in D&C?) that declares, "I will fight your battles..." How else do we cope through tragedy? Please pass along a hug- there are certainly no words.

Thanks too for letting me follow some of you through blogging. It's always fun. If you'd like to see how big, beautiful, and incredibly funny Copper is, you're welcome to follow our blog!

Eating Right at Fox Hollow

Some of our fabulous neighbors were involved with Eat Right Night at school this week. You can read the Tribune's article about it here. Despite the fact that I was mentioned in the article, I really did very little but others worked very hard to make it a great night. Kudos to Daniella and thanks to many others for volunteering, too.

Balloon Dilemna

Was wondering if anyone had any idea how to get a balloon out of my ceiling fan. It was on when Savannah let a balloon go and the string got tangled. It wouldn't be a huge issue, but for those of you that aren't familiar with my livingroom, the fan is about 20 feet up. My ladder doesn't go that high.

Book Club

The November book club meeting had to be changed to Thursday, November 12th. It is still at Debbie Marriotts at 8pm. The book, in case you didn't know, is Skipping Christmas by John Grisham. I checked out a copy from the AF library and I still have it if anyone wants to borrow it and read it. It didn't take me long to get through it so there is still time.
